cause so much pain?!
Last night I worked out with the trainer. She had us do 10 resistance band assisted pull ups, 15 leg raises and 60 jumps with the jump rope. We had to do as many rounds as we could in fifteen minutes. Oh my goodness do my legs hurt! I was able to do 6 rounds. I also realized that I need to work on upper body strength because even though the pull ups were assisted with a resistance band I still could not complete one set of 10. I ended up having to do (what I call) body raises on her rings. Make that one more thing to work on and one more goal to my list!
What are your fitness goals and weaknesses? I'd love to hear them!
My upper body strength is horrrrrible! Pull ups? Push ups? Nope and nope :/ One day I will be able to though!
